Vlier’s line of precisely engineered mechanical components includes our adjustable torque handles, which control forward force on assemblies, machinery and other equipment where ordinary torque thumb screws would require considerable machining or customizing. These components provide secure tightening that controls forward force and eliminates rattling.

Options

- Models TH103A to TH106 include die-cast aluminum handles
- Models TH225 to TH227 are steel with black oxide finish and knurled knob
Instructions
- Rotate knob until it slips into the detent, which will produce a notable feel and click
- Use a 3/32″ hex wrench to remove the plug on the side of the knob
- Use the same 3/32″ hex wrench to adjust pressures on the screw
- Turn clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to reduce pressure
- When the desired pressure is achieved replace the plug on the assembly
