Lever Style Plungers with Thread Lock and Stainless Steel

Lever Style Plungers – Stainless Steel are hand-retractable plungers for positioning, fastening, securing, latching and quick disconnect. The lever handle fully retracts the plunger into the body. Locking models hold the plunger in the retracted position. Stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion for food, medical and special environments. Available in locking and non-locking versions with unified ANSI and metric threads from 1/4-20 through 5/8-11 and M6 x 1.0 through M16 x 2.0. End forces are listed as initial and final values (0.50–1.00 lbf initial, 2.50–5.00 lbf final or 2.2–4.5 N initial, 11.1–22.2 N final). No thread relief on 1/4-20 and M6.

Specify by :

  • Design (locking or non-locking)
  • Thread standard and size (ANSI or metric)
  • End force requirement (initial and final)
  • Thread lock option (standard or “P” suffix, where required)
  • Envelope dimensions (A–I per table)
